BioI am a medical student who loves downtime. I spend my days helping people while my nights are filled with textbooks, journals, working out or time with my cat. Having freetime is great but sometimes elusive so the seduction of a tv show or other distraction is pure cake. I got into Stargate Atlantis for two reasons. The first is... I was flipping channels one day and noticed some guy with my hair. My exact hair. Weird. It was Sheppard on Stargate. I was intrigued and vindicated, having a lifelong irritation of having to explain my Irish Doo. Atlast, validation. The second reason: I love scifi.
Star Trek, Star Wars, Farscape, etc...It's all great. I am an outdoorsy person who spends time in BC, Canada when escape permits and when it does not, northern cal is my home. I also have spent many years as a illustrator and costume designer( monsters, Fantasy effects) until the medical world grabed me. I am somewhat computer savy but learning to be a better e-mailer. That time thing, you know :)
